1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and because each piece is made to order, small variations in color, print placement and measurements may occur. Please review the size information before ordering.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by Whop, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

5. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Every piece is made to order. Production takes approximately 1 week, after which delivery typically takes 10–14 business days. A tracking number may take up to 7 days to show the first carrier update. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photos and videos — is owned by or licensed to Doll District and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Place orders using payment methods you are not authorized to use;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or attempt to access it by automated means;
• Resell products while representing yourself as Doll District or an authorized partner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doll District will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Doll District harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
