End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Doll District website at dolldistrict.shop, including its images, videos, text and other content (together, the "Content"). By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. License Grant
Doll District grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the Site and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, including browsing and purchasing products.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or publicly display any Content, including product photos and videos, without our written permission;
- Use our name, logo or Content to suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by Doll District;
- Scrape, data-mine or use automated tools to collect Content from the Site;
- Reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
3. Ownership
The Site and all Content are owned by or licensed to Doll District and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Third-Party Services
Checkout, payments and order tracking are provided by third-party services, including Whop. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doll District is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Content.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date.
